Got a new dog and he needs a name - aviation related. I've already thought of Zulu and PAPI, but those don't quite grab me. Any suggestions?

If you live in Iowa don't name your dog Wrigley.

He's a yellow Lab.
Duke.
Not only do you get the Beechcraft reference, but you also get to make reference to John Wayne (who got his nickname from his dog, named Duke). Double win.
No no. You don't want a dog that's always broken and hideously expensive to fix.
I know a guy here who named his dog Rudder which worked as that dog was always following him anywhere he went

I could name him Piper, but one of my neighbors already named his kid that.
Is it a bird dog?
My entrant is Dee, short for De Havilland.
Let's see, what do you call an animal that will eat anything within reach, and if it is not food, will simply throw it up later?
Karen Carpenter?
Or an animal who's favorite snack is the little tootsie roll in the cat's litter box?
Caddie Shack ?
Or an animal that will drool all over anyone, even if that person beats the tar out of them daily.
Tina Turner ?
Or an animal that barks loud enough to wake the neighbors when they hear a doorbell on the television...
...but will sleep soundly as an intruder steps over them
Or will bite small children? (ok so the do have one good trait).
I've always wanted to name a dog "Clear".
Dollars.
Here Dollars! Nice dog, Dollars. Anyone see Dollars, I can't find Dollars. Where's Dollars?

I have friends who have a dog named Jeppesen. Unfortunately it is scared to death of flying. They call it the chicken hound.
If he is a yellow Lab, he is dependable and built tough. The logical name would be Stearman.
I knew of a family named Hussey that named their dogs Brazen and Shameless.

At least they didn't name their daughters that.
Any girl with that last name is going to end up making a living climbing a pole.
