Just be straight with people and do what you say you're going to do, plus a little basic customer service, and few ounces of honor, do onto others, and you'll never need a lawyer

That has pretty much been my philosophy. 2017 kind of kicked me in the teeth though. May have to rethink that. There are people out there that will screw you over no matter how well you treat them...I found a couple of them this year.
