Does anyone have the CG envelope data for an Grumman AA-5B Tiger for Foreflight? Oddly, I can't find the data and prefer not to interpolate from the manual.

You really should enter the data from your planes weight and balance and not use someone else’s planes data. JMO. If you don’t, then you might as well just guesstimate.

Envelopes are done by the factory and are based on the type and certification. Your specific empty weights and moment arms are unique to your aircraft. Those need to fall within the defined envelope.
