Dunno; TCDS says min static rpm is 2250.

Cheetah engine not producing more than 2300 RPM. That's normal for me on takeoff!

And it passed recent annual? good compression numbers? IDK...

I've seen a couple conversations on this this week. Could be as simple as a air cleaner issue or tach . Few people have tried to get a better idea if its in cruise or takeoff. No one seems to be able to get a straight answer
