Where would I buy those caps for the fbo fuel nozzles on the self serve pumps?
I busted a hard plastic one, need to replace it - they really need one of those rubber ones.

It’s the Jet A size, this one is 1&5/8” dia

We actually got our stuff from the fuel supplier, they don't sell online. Does your jet-a nozzle have a duckbill? I am having trouble picturing the cover you'd seek out. Maybe something like this guy? https://www.jmesales.com/fjord-avia...er-for-opw-295-series-nozzle/?sku=FJSFN15JRED

Regardless, hopefully JME can help :) It's sort of all I can think of, this stuff always felt like "secret product, secret markup" to me.

Looks like it would be easy to 3d print one, but no idea if normal printer filament would be dissolved by the fuel.

I sure wouldn't want bits and pieces of potentially dissolving filament falling into my tank...

Seems like maybe a fuel resistance test would be a start.
Then of course someone would have to design it. I wish I knew how.

Or just buy the correct part, here's a 1.5" one that might fit: Fjord Aviation, part number SFN-1.5 ...

Nice, EPP.
Fjord only had duckbill shape ones for jetA.
I'm thinking this truck is an old diesel dispenser converted to JetA because it has a large circular opening, 1&5/8" OD.

Me either. Looks like there is an off the shelf solution available, so I wouldn't print it. But also looks like PETG would work for it.

Two capped cylinders stuck together would be pretty easy to design, maybe 20 minutes for me, but I'm slow. Maybe an hour to print? I haven't used PETG, but it's supposed to be pretty easy to print. If OP can't get the COTS part to work right I'd be happy to try to make one if you send the dimensions and a rough diagram.

Yeah most of ours comes from Titan directly, but we've ordered a good bit from JME.
