iAM in AK!
I just spent a little time over on eBay, browsing for parts for the 310. (Actually found a few) But I'm still looking for another KX-155A to replace the KY-196 and the KN-53 still in my panel (already replaced 1 set of those with a KX-155A, found it on Ebay, new for $1050!!!)
But what really amazed me were the total number of aircraft for sale there right now! Everything from Cherokee's and C150's, to CJ-1 and CJ-2's!
Some very nice taildraggers, nice cruisers, and quite a few twins as well. About the only category which wasn't represented was fully aerobatic aircraft.
It has to make me wonder what the future holds for GA... But again, most of these aircraft were older ones. I think the newest I saw was a 2000 C172 SP. But all in all, I thought some of the prices for a few of these planes were pretty attractive.
The other thing I noticed which was new to me was 'buy it now' block time for various aircraft in different parts of the country. Some were truly selling block time, while others were selling flight instruction. I must give them credit- it is an imaginative way to get customers!
