Dark Sky - Short Term Weather Prediction

These guys came up with an App for the phone, which they claim can predict rain down to the minute. Only in the short term, but there are some huge potential applications to their approach.

Imagine Foreflight or a GPS with this capability. Input your route, and it could tell you if the storm is going to hit you, or you can make it. Automatic warnings for approaching weather, (15 minutes to destination, but the clouds will be there in 10minutes).

With all the weather discussion, it sure could take some of the guess work out.
