Thanks. That sounds about right from what I know about the Phenoms. I have no left seat time in them because I’m too tall to fit but have chartered a P300 a few times and it’s a lovely cabin and performer. One of my close friends just bought a P100 so I expect I’ll try to shoehorn myself in there for a bit and compare what it’s like to my usual rides (C510 and C525).

They are great planes, but I love the Cessnas too!

The Long Island Sound is now the largest body of water I've crossed (which isn't saying much). Getting to fly V16 over JFK is cool but doesn't get you close enough to Manhattan for good pics:

One of my passengers snapped this awesome rainbow pic.

For some reason I'm tired today. :)

I'm sorry...

There was a reason. We moved the Mooney to an avionics shop about an hour away, and our partner John who is a CFII rented a Skyhawk from his school to come pick us up. Before we left the airport, he asked Brent and I if either of us wanted to work on anything, and I said why yes, I'm about due for a flight review. So he said jump in the left seat and we'll knock it out on the way back.

At least you had a flight simulator to play with on that big screen so you wouldn’t get bored :p

OMG, three decent sized dudes in a Skyhawk, making 385fpm at Vy, I thought we'd never get to cruise altitude. 172's are great planes and they have their mission, but I personally could never go back.
