Class C satellite airport example

A satellite airport in class C is defined:

91.130 Operations in Class C airspace.

(a) General. Unless otherwise authorized by ATC, each aircraft operation in Class C airspace must be conducted in compliance with this section and § 91.129. For the purpose of this section, the primary airport is the airport for which the Class C airspace area is designated. A satellite airport is any other airport within the Class C airspace area.

Can someone give me an example of such an airport? I cannot find one. Thanks!
 
23N, Bayport, or that what you are looking for?

Those are the first I’ve ever seen. Usually they make ‘cutouts’ in the Surface Area. Other than a lot of Heliports at hospitals.
 
KHSV with KDCU, KHUA both inside the ring.

No offense, but the others appear to be outside of the surface area. But thanks for trying.

They are inside a ring. That ring contains Class C Airspace that starts at either 2000 or 2400. So neither of them are in Class C Airspace. If they were in the ring where Class C Airspace starts at the surface, then they would be.

I was teaching a class for the commercial written test and when discussing airspace, the subject of class C and satellite airports came up. I was able to show the regs regarding ops but did not have an example. So, I thought I'd reach out to get one. Thanks.

Interestingly, only 5 of those are charted (I'm counting 82TS even though it's borderline, literally!). Amongst those 5, only 3 are public.

Also, not sure which aircraft I'd want to fly into Isaacson (8AN6): :)

Yep. Probably got a couple hundred hospital helipads located within the C surface area that aren’t charted either.
