I came across this mishap while scrolling through ASN. The crew smelled smoke at 10,000' MSL shortly after takeoff, and initiated an emergency descent. They experienced a runaway nose down trim and a complete electrical failure shortly thereafter.
The jet touched down just short of the runway, slid to a stop about 2,000' down the runway, the crew escaped, and the plane was a total loss.
