Cirrus splash into water - presumed fatal N24LA

Generally I find that people jump to medical conclusions a bit too easily but based on this account, it seems highly probable there was some medical or other significant incapacitation.
 
Ugh. That’s tough. Would be tough to be in that other plane as well just watching that.

Made me think of the F-16s that intercepted Payne Stewart’s Lear at altitude after what I think was a rapid decompression. Had to have been a lonely feeling watching those crashes.
