A friend of mine recently mentioned someone they know is really worried about "chemtrails."

The theory -- in a nutshell (how appropos) -- is that jet contrails are actually a government program to spray agents all over rural areas to kill off the population.

I thought it was mind control. I know when I see the chemtrails, my mind starts going "I should really go flying."

They're brainwashing us to enjoy flying so they can spray more chemtrails to brainwash more people into flying to spray even more chemtrails...
 
For more "information", Google chemtrails. It's pretty scary that people actually believe this stuff.....

Unfortunately, I need to disagree with you...

It's not "out there" for the THB...Chemtrails are mainstream for the tinfoil hatters.
 
SHHHH..Don't tell anyone, but when you get your ATP certificate, a special code is imbeded in the magnetic strip that allows you to turn the chemicals on and off.:devil:

Of course not. Don't you know the governemt is completely incompetent and run by morons UNLESS they are concocting assassinations, fake moon landings, and destruction of buildings in multiple cities to start a war! :mad2::mad2::mad2:

They are there. I had a friend who worked at 'Area 51' in the early 1980's. He was assigned there when he was in the USAF. One thing he told me was that each employee and military personal was to not use the terminology of Area 51 EVER!
 
The chemtrails contain a secret government chemical that makes people paranoid about chemtrails. :tongue:

Not the educational system fault: try and deal with these folks as they come into your school raving about how we are lying to the kids about all the conspiracy theory issues impacting how their children are being brainwashed by 'the system'...you just would not believe it!

My favorite part of the video is the sirens in the background...just waiting for the guys in the white coats to enter the scene and relieve this poor woman of her problems in a nice comfy well padded room.

My youngest's third grade (or thereabouts) teacher showed the class the "documentary" "proving" that the moon landings were faked.

Parents are no longer informed about what is taught in the public class room because their interference can confuse the child, and that is not tolerated...
Our grandson is in private school because of these types of issues with public education... Yes, he will grow up brainwashed to believe that self reliance, critical thinking, and questioning what others claim are 'facts', is normal.... With a little luck we will get him educated and raised before the thought police catch wind of what we are doing...

Curricula are most certainly readily available in any public schools my kids have ever been in. And it doesn't take much more than a few mouse clicks or a phone call to get them.

Isn't it ironic that enrolling children in a private school whose curriculum more closely aligns with the parents' notion of "what is right" actually results in the children not being exposed to alternative points of view, and makes them less able to make their own decisions?

Kinda of a timely topic in this thread.

I was just reading a book review this morning that looks very interesting. The name of the book is the 'Death and life of the great American school system: how testing and choice are undermining education.' It is by a Diane Ravitch is a respected scholar in the field. Her claim is that charter schools and standardized testing are destroying public education because charter schools strip off the best students from a school while standardized testing demands that all students be equally proficient as all subjects. She feels that it has turned teachers into nothing more than "test cramming and bean counting" employees.
