Good afternoon,

I’m in the market to find a flight program that offers cfi-initial training. I’m running into the issue that some schools do not have any 2 year instructors available.

Looking for a flight school or part 61 independent instruction. I’m willing to travel anywhere in the US for training. Please pm or post below of your location and or website.

We do Part 61 CFI training. We've trained two in the last two or three years who came to work for us after passing the checkride. Wausau Flying Service, Wausau, Wisconsin. Chief instructor is John Chmiel, 715-845-3400. Website is www.flywausau.com.

This is a fairly busy flight training facility, with five Cessna trainers and six instructors.

Google cfi training ,you should get plenty of options.
 
It would help if you said where you were located and if you were willing to travel.

Local school (0W3, NE Maryland) has a couple of instructors over 2 years, not airline bound. 5 or 6 C-172, 1 Piper Arrow. VERY active.
