buzzing the tower/runway?

Happens all the time at my home airport (uncontrolled). Not for the purposes of filming. 100s of times I've come in for the approach around dusk, cross the threshold and see herds of deer either milling around on the runway or few feet from it. This may continue for several laps around the pattern until you can successfully land.

I would not recommend "buzzing" a control tower.
 
so.. did OP buzz or not? the suspense is killing me
