Never said it was controlled by foreign citizens. Rather I stated it was the method used by foreign citizens to register their aircraft in the US. But it is also open to US citizens to use. It's called an Aircraft Trust, or Owner Trust, or Aircraft Owner Trust depending on how the trustee company lists it. Been recognized by the FAA for decades. I wasn't trying to argue with you, I was just pointing out that just because it's a trust doesn't make it eligible. You gotta show it's controlled by a US entity.
