ETOPS demonstration flightMusta' had an engine failure...there's a lot of right rudder in there.
Dang, beat me to it!Musta' had an engine failure...there's a lot of right rudder in there.
I wondered the same. Also said they filed for FL350. I assume traffic conflictions were less of an issue since the majority of the flight was during the night.how do they coordinate with atc?
I guess when there is a conflict they always move the other a/c?
They might have gotten an ALTRV but I doubt it. Being done at night when traffic is light, it wouldn't have been a big deal to stay out of their way. The Centers involved would have told the controllers what was going on and to cooperate. Any moving of other airplanes would have been very minimal.how do they coordinate with atc?

This has been making the rounds. LOL.

It was an 18 hour flight, hard to do "majority" of it at night...
Depends on latitude and whether it's summer or winter.
Well, we know it's summer, and we know what latitude they were flying at for this flight.
