Pre-Flight
Looking to sell my Grumman AA5A Cheetah. A great aircraft that I have have spent a ton of time flying over the past 2+ years (300+ hours). Great aircraft, performs well, a well equipped panel, great paint, all LED lights, the list goes on. Roll the canopy back for some fun in the sun or fly it IFR it works equally well in both roles. Have had a blast in this plane, but my mission is changing and I require a little bit more useful load and speed. I would wager (a bit biased) but its probably one of the best AA5A's on the market.

Exterior paint 8/10 Waxed 2x yearly, and cleaned after every flight, shines up beautifully
Oil/filter changes at 25 hours for past 2 years, began oil analysis 4 changes ago and all have been clean from blackstone.

Complete logs since new, good organized documentation.
