Yes, sort of, for sanitary reasons, I would chop up most of the "q" and add some more sauce.(besides, its fun wielding a 14" meat cleaver chopping up a cooked Hog) I would of course, reserve some to be left on the grill for those that would rather "pull" the meat. I think some BBQ'd chickens should be on the Menu too.

Sorry I haven't been on here lately, computer crash and modding the PBP have kept me away. Early Feb, late April or early May. Of course, my schedule is subject to change (as evidenced by my absence at the BBQ I instigated ).
