The original "I don't know it all" of aviation.
Apparently some people at AAL didn't think through their actions...
...AA was being a corporate bully and got caught out, not only did they tell her to cease but they wanted damages even though they had caused her far worse.
FYI they have free shipping. I ordered two 1.25lb mixes for $25 shipped. It’s really not a bad price for what you’re getting. The free shipping closed the deal.
My grandpa used to say, “there’s nothing that a big woman can do that a small one can’t.”I stopped watching at.....''I'm a small woman owned business....''
As for American "causing her far worse", if the final release was accurate the airline never actually ordered that inventory. If that is the case hopefully the business owner ensures in future she has a valid PO with appropriate cancellation terms before she inventories $1 million of product for a single customer.
Is it odd that I would rather read the idiocy of “journalism” rather than watch video of it?
plus the video won’t play for me.
Not at all. They have been serving my in-laws continuously for years.I thought airlines stopped serving nuts years ago.

I was on a Delta flight about 20 years ago when they announced that there will be no nuts served because they have a passenger with a nut allergy. The plane was immediately awash in the groans of many of the other passengers. Perhaps if you notify the airplane of your partner's allergy they may do the same for you. If I recall, they did not identify the passenger with the allergy.Delta still serves nuts on their flights. As a result my partner and I cannot fly them as he has a severe nut allergy. I’m not sure why they feel the need to do that and potentially alienate a potential customer base when serving a non-allergenic snack is so simple, but they do.

I told my girlfriend the same thing when we went down to the Jersey shore. Get used to these 2-4 hour driving vacations. That’s all we’re going to do for a little bit!FYI: I bought a four-pack of 3 x Aloha Mix and 1 x Mixed Nut. The Aloha Mix is pretty awesome with dried fruits along with premium nuts.
Told my wife to put a handful of the Aloha Mix in her mouth, sit back, relax, close her eyes, and dream of sitting in First Class en route to Maui cause it's the closest she's gonna get to Hawaii for a while.
