Starbucks has received a good sum of money from me. Call me a yuppie if you wish, but I've been drinking the stuff for over 20 years. Not on a daily basis, but if you average it out over the course of the past 20 years probably about once every week or two. That's gotten heavily biased because of a period of time when Starbucks was my breakfast while on a 6 month travel assignment and the company was buying all my meals.
My standard is a venti peppermint mocha frappuccino with no whip cream. On the weekends I'll make something like this at home.
I also like their sausage egg and cheddar breakfast sandwich, and sometimes get a chocolate croissant.
My standard coffee in the morning is some good coffee that my wife buys, with half and half and sugar.
I found your first answer you gave more believable than your second.

because I didn't want to give up cocaine?
honestly I don't know. occasionally (rarely) I test myself to make sure I really can "quit anytime I want". so on Jan 15th I caught the flu and was down for the count for a full 7 days, no alcohol, no coffee, among other things. I figured since I'm already a week in, let me go 30 days with no booze/coffee. then for some (really stupid) reason I went 60 days. then realized life is much more fun with booze than without, but for some reason I just didn't start drinking coffee again. I miss it, but I'm not a huge fan of needing something every single day.
