Pre-takeoff checklist
As an update, our C210 was doing the same thing... Step #1 was to re-rig the flaps--they were slightly mismatched when retracted, which caused a bit more lift to be generated on the right wing. With the flaps rigged correctly, I started looking at the ailerons. Step #2 was to re-rig the ailerons, and that pretty much cured the problem. Inadequate cable tensions were causing the ailerons to be out of rig as well and that wasn't helping the issue. Now it's mostly cured!
