Yeah, but they are pretty sure that's the upper limit....even so....that's practically room temperature in the lab.
 
Wow, usually, those articles are somewhat discernable by me, but I have no idea what the hell that entire article means. I guess it was not meant for me.
 
What defines superconductivity? Is it just that "jump" in conductivity shown at the certain temp; or, is it an actual value?

OK...you know the old saying, better to remain silent and be thought a fool than speak and remove all doubt.

Superconductivity is defined when resistance to the flow of electricity drops to zero. If I recall, there is a sharp drop off in superconductive materials that's pretty clear on the graphs...

Take the above caveat.
