    Well in some cases staff are the biggest costs! I’ve been in many businesses where this is the case. I work for a financial institution and many of twitters fleeing staff tried for jobs and when you have a ton of 200k+ employees it gets expensive!

    My understanding it depend I can fly and file IFR as an S-LSA but NOT IMC If I convert to E-LSA I can fly in IMC. That piece of paper designator makes all the difference which is idiotic. It’s basically taking the risk/liability off the manufacturer. I’d rather sign a liability waiver and...
