Can a Private pilot fly a company plane with passengers?

Obtain commercial and instrument ratings. Maintain first or second class medical. Then you can fly your company plane under part 91 and be compensated. Just make sure your company isn't doing anything shady like transporting customers in exchange for some form of compensation.

    Approaches, Holds, and Safety Pilot

The original scenario was 1.9 total time with 1.7 using a view limiting device. So that's why I specified 1.7 for the safety pilot.

    Approaches, Holds, and Safety Pilot

Yes, neither pilot has to be instrument rated, but be wary of developing bad habits that a CFII would later have to make you unlearn. I'm assuming from your scenario that the pilot using the view limiting device is the sole manipulator for the entire flight and is acting as PIC. The safety...

What does It take to start out flying for a regional airline?

Corvette kills Cessna in Spanish Fork...

Hopefully not. My auto insurer subrogated against an at-fault party and recovered my deductible (and their original payout). I hope an airplane insurer would provide the same service.

Minneapolis for the weekend - which airport/FBO?

I like STP (and I've used both FBOs) although I've always had a rental car or a friend come get me so I can't comment on other transportation options. I would not recommend arriving at night since it can be difficult to spot the airport.
