I closed on a 1980 T210N yesterday. I finally found one of the good ones after wading through some really crappy misrepresented examples. This one has been flying regularly and not sitting in a hangar only to be run for a handful of hours in a year. No corrosion found on a very thorough prebuy...

Like mentioned above for small volume high expense items like gems, I have had them shipped to me USPS, uninsured (the seller was assuming the risk). The first time was from an emerald dealer (the one who was hired by Mel Fisher's group to place valuations on the emeralds found on the Atocha)...

I've only come in on the southeast side over the bay and my vectoring has been minimal. They drop me low further out than I like but not too bad unless it is in the summer. I been in to AXH and IWS with little meandering.
