That's weird. Supposedly, they are pulling it from aviationwealter.gov, but this is what you see for freezing levels if you go to the source.

I had to go to 12 hours out to get data to appear. Odd indeed. It is 'Decision Support Imagery'....perhaps they couldn't make a decision for 12 hours.
