I finally pulled the trigger, and took delivery yesterday afternoon. It’s a 1978 Warrior II, not as fast as some, not as fancy as others, but it’s a solid airplane and I’m pretty sure it’ll get me through instrument training (with a little panel work) and will probably be my “affordable bird”...

This is definitely one of the options I wanted to look at. Even if you do your own, sounds like they have some benefits to using their cloud.

Saw that one today, too. He was in the right seat of a cockpit the size of my living room before they cut away to a single-seat fighter on departure. Sadly, I thought it was the glasses that made such a thing possible, so I bought 3 pair. But hey...maybe I’ll get some use out of the free...
