    Exercise music?

I think the answer is very simple, it has to be something that you like that is fast paced, and gets you excited. Gyms typically play classic and modern rock.

    Privately Owned Harrier Takes Flight

“That thrust is controlled by four external nozzles all controlled by a single lever actuated by the pilot’s left hand. There are no fancy computers that make it fly; it’s completely manual.” I thought that although the pilot had general control over the nozzles, a computer still did constant...

    Me playing again (n/a)

Disclaimer: it is a semi-mediocre performance; not to make excuses, but it was a spur of the moment thing, didn't warm up, and it was a week after my piano juries (which is like final exams) where you play for the whole piano faculty for a part of your semester grade. so this is a whole lot more...

Early planning / who wants to split a plane?

Time for early planning, and I need to start sorting out my options. Who would like to split a plane/rental from the NW Missouri area? They'd have to act as PIC (me > no medical). I'm at KSTJ, we have a very nice '66 C172, engine mod, GPS and heading/alt hold, 100/hr, and a comparable Warrior...

    My holiday project

Those look great, and I sure respect the ammount of patiente I imagine it takes to complete one. I also could see how they could be used to play practical jokes on bug-scared people ... if you were to hide them in drawers, cabinets and such...

This Toccata and Fugue has been the hardest thing I have ever played. It runs for over 8 minutes, all nonstop running passages and intertwined voices. The difficulty of the polyphony in this fugue makes every other bach piece I have ever played seem like child's play. (I'll post the whole thing...

Midwest Fly In - who's coming

Crap, it looks like I won't be able to make it, my friend (and CFI) will be out of town that weekend, so unless there's someone flying over the KC area going in, I'm stuck. You guys have a great time anyways, someone needs to take lots of pics and video...

    Quick banking question

No I don't mean banking as in a turn... If I send a certified bank cheque from here to someone in the UK, is it likely they'll have to pay a transaction fee over there?
