That's stupid. I had a wheelbarrow in my lance once at > 140 knots. That's as much a "fast" wheelbarrow as the one in the link is.

The PAC750 being designed as a jump plane has very aft main gear so you can load 16 jumpers without a tail stand…

That seems counterintuitive to me. Unless the cg moves that far forward empty as opposed to loaded.
