It's hard to get killed when you never go faster than 15mph.

I'm pretty sure that's why there are getting to be fewer fatal accidents on the highway I live near. People tend to make stupid passes when there is one car in front of them doing 20 under the limit. When there are 20 cars in front of them they don't even try. The last couple fatals in the county have been DUIs.
