It's a long URL; hope it works. I've flown to Matinicus with pilot Rob, a cream puff type of guy. He even circled the island a couple times so I could get some photos. I think I can find a shot of him taking off after he had planted us on the island. Eva story "says it all."
Can't find the departure photos; he was coming in again during our stay on the island. But you can see how close is the ocean.
