Hi, Y'all! We'll be having our sporadic fly-in, community appreciation day at Edenton's Northeastern Regional Airport, North Carolina, on May 16, 2015, rain date May 17.
We will start things rolling with a 9am FAA Wings-credit seminar on NonTowered Airport Operations. And coffee and donuts. There'll be free lunch, exhibits, flight demonstrations, RC aerobatics, old cars, old airplanes, and old pilots. We'll have Young Eagle rides for kids.
There will be plenty of free parking, free camping space, cheap fuel, and unbeatable hospitality.
The weather promises to be perfect, and our little historic waterfront town is truly gorgeous, perfect for a long weekend in one of our palatial B&Bs with Somebody Special. The town offers fine dining, waterfront fun, shopping, antiquing, boat tours, colonial history and museum tours, and more.
Do come join us. For more information, Call KEDE 252-482-4664

Sounds like a fun time, may stop by on my way north. Thanks for the invite.

May take a trip from Sanford there

Sounds like fun, although that is the same weekend as the Military Air Museums WWII air show in VA Beach.
