Wind storm flips Cub on taxiway

Not sure what the pilot was doing. Repositioning on the field or taxi for TO? Very high winds and gusty conditions in Juneau lately. I think yesterday we had 35G45kts. I feel bad for the pilot, his nice Cub now needs some major work. Pilot was not injured

Not really a “they” in this situation. NTSB/FAA doesn’t care because they got real crashes and misdeeds to deal with. Insurance(if any) will just pay and move on.
