I have owned a Warrior, Archer, and two Turbo Arrows.
27K is a tempting price point to get you flying! But consider adding another 18-20K for a reman. Now your into it for 47K. Probably not the best bargain.
The warrior is a great plane for two folks and bagage for the weekend. It is not in my opinion a four place airplane.
Very affordable to buy and keep up.
Find a pre Archer 180. I bet you can find one under 30K. You will be much happier with this.
Its a royal pain to sell an airplane. Buy your last airplane first.

That wasn't a requirement in the OP, but you kind find several in the upper 30's and low 40's.
