Congrats. Teaching is really how you learn. I have no interest in teaching anymore. To do it right, it takes a lot of energy. Now helping people along, mentoring, I think I would like that. Doing some phase checks, might be fun. But congrats, it's a great accomplishment, and the greater one will be creating a new safe pilots.
