I'm sure laying off all those employees (58 in the latest round) and cutting the remaining employees to 30 hours a week is tatic so they can renew the lease also.

Employee levels are short-term strategies. Lease negotiations are different.
I'm sure laying off all those employees (58 in the latest round) and cutting the remaining employees to 30 hours a week is tatic so they can renew the lease also.
