No doubt. Here comes the extortion demand....
 
I'm sure laying off all those employees (58 in the latest round) and cutting the remaining employees to 30 hours a week is tatic so they can renew the lease also. :rolleyes::rolleyes::rolleyes:

I know they owed an Oklahoma based aviation company money and they ended up giving them two or three SR22's, maybe the city needs a few airplanes too!
 
Employee levels are short-term strategies. Lease negotiations are different.

They probably don't have any money left over after paying their heating bill!
