Whats up with COUNS Challange?

I haven't been able to get on for a few days either. I mentioned it to Chip yesterday. Maybe he's working on it.

Thanks for letting us know, guys. We noticed the problem yesterday, and have been working diligently (well....as diligently as possible considering we're both working) to figure out the problem and get it working!

Keep taking those claim photos! When we're fixed, we will get them put in.

Let me know if you need help. As of right now, the current problem, is with the name servers. The authorative servers for the domain are not providing DNS records. So that is where you need to start--get ahold of Veri-Source and ask them why their name servers aren't responding.

Unfortunately, yes, but its okay. They're being very accomodating for me, and I'm taking it very easy for a while.

Unless Im mistaken, you do phone customer suport???? The people you talk to must wish they were transfered to india as they may be able to understand them better then someone with their jaw wired shut.
