What will they think of next?

Based on the diagram, the TSA may want them for screenings too. "just have a seat here, ma'am, we need to check a couple of things before you're cleared to board . . . "

It's not. There's been research done into this stuff for years (the word haptic comes to mind). There were some suits that would vibrate in different places, that worked well enough so that a blind man could maintain straight and level flight.

Cars already have this technology - they monitor the driver and will chime or do something else to wake them up.
