You will be blindfolded and told you have 178 seconds to live.

You can also write things like "18/2400" in the "power" block.Ya, i saw that later as I was making my way though all of the comments. One thing I should point out is that I'll be doing this in a 182, so I'll need to add MP to the table, but that is easy enough to do.
Mine too. But when I did my training about 25 years ago, we weren't pushing stabilized the way we are now and 1000 seemed to be the norm.At those speeds, 700-800 fpm IS my "dive and drive". I teach that as the target, with 1000 fpm as the absolute maximum. Meaning if you see greater than that, you should probably go missed because you are probably unstabilized.
I'm used to it. Glad you all noticed it. I wrote it that way just for you.Way to go @midlifeflyer, you really screwed things up for the rest of us in the REAL southeast. It shall not be forgotten.

When was that?
Just to be clear, I was kidding. Nothing in the "Central" time zone is in the "east."That's what happens in the Southeast when you visit. Southern hospitality ya know?

Yes I know.
Bless your heart.
