What the heck does this NOTAM mean?

Does this mean it only applies to jets operated by or for the Detroit Pistons? Or is there some new aircraft powerplant (Piston Jet) that I don't know about?

I'll bet that's it! And I guess that means it actually is related to the Detroit Basketball team, for which I'm pretty sure the intersection was named.

Thats correct. SCORR is no longer restricted to PROPS/TURBOPROPS, and now PISTN is for JETS only.
