What model is this 1920s era plane?

Hi all, new here. I was wondering if anyone knew the type of plane this is and, if possible, can tell me what the tail might've looked like (it's cut out from the picture!)

I've seen one before, but forgot the model name. The tail would've been a dead giveaway, it being a DH design. But the name of the plane was a good clue, albeit in French:
"Oiseau-mouche", translated literally is "fly (as in winged insect) bird", which is French for "hummingbird."
