Looking at the low IFR en route chart east of Wichita, I find the ROCKNE fix on the 070 radial for the Wichita VOR. It is a fix on a jet route that is shown on the high altitude chart. I don’t see where it’s a fix for am approach at any of the local airports.
My question is, why is it depicted on the low altitude chart?
ive looked in the Chart Users guide but didn’t find the answer.
