I can find these all day long if I wanted an automotive part but I cant find the number on any aviation sites. I need it for the HA6 carb on my Grumman Tiger. I sent the engine off for overhaul and forgot to remove it. I can get a AN814-6 plug for the other end. I have Grumman part numbers but they dont cross reference. I hope Penn Yan can find them and send to me otherwise I guess I might pay grumman prices if they can be sourced by Grumman parts guys.

No, #6 male flare on one side and the same thread size on the other end (9/16-18) not pipe thread

If it's not an AN815 then it's a speciality fitting modified by Grumman.

FYI: Quite a few OEMs take AN fittings, machine a few things then repackage as a OEM P/N at 3x price.

Which would explain why it has a grumman PN but says AN on the fitting. Thanks for your reply though.

Looks like an 815 union with one end cut off. Might be a speciality part made by Grumman. Any machine shop could modify a 815 for you in less than 10 minutes if they knew the diameter of that screen that slip fits inside.

You need a parts manual for the carburetor or call one of the aftermarket companies like Avstar Fuel Systems.

Update. Penn Yan found the fittings and sent them to me so Kudos to them. Alls well that ends well.
