For those committed to non-synthetic oils, the choices seem to boil down to single-weight Aeroshell and multi-vis Phillips. But I see there's a Phillips Type A, which appears to be plain, old dinosaur oil just like Aeroshell, but at a lower price.
Is that what it is? Is there some reason straight-weight users tend toward Aero$hell?
I'm aware of the silliness that'll follow a question like this, but I'm naively hoping a fact or two will emerge.
