What does the 'A' suffix mean?

Checking terminal procedures on line and noticed that for one of the airports every approach plate now says 'A' . Amdt 12 is now Amdt 12A, Orig is now OrigA. I've gone over them with a fine tooth comb and can't find any differences. What does this mean?

A little confusing but if I read it correctly its for "non-permanent" changes? Still can't find any.
