What do you think about a Continental 0-300D with 40 years SMOH?

prop governor? My 172 had that also...I always ASSUMED that's what it was. Don't think I ever confirmed.

Not sure, but it says 170B on that exhaust so I'm thinking maybe its not a D model. I don't think that port exists on mine and the baffling is different in front of that jug.

That is a fuel pump mount. many installations do not require a pump, the 48 170 must have a pump installed. As & Bs don't

The 0-300-D is the alternate engine for the 170. all 0-300 & 0-200 have that accessory pad.
