Since the N number is so clear on this, I'd expect a Notice of Violation to be in the mail shortly.

Seems I remember something about 500' from any vehicle, VESSEL, structure, or PERSON. Kind of obvious this aircraft was not even close to 500'.

Not to mention how downright stupid and potentially dangerous it may have been!

No idea! It's a reasonable hypothesis...Another hypothesis is the pilot paying the poster to remove the video.
