I'm presently repairing-restoring an airplane that has set outside under pine trees for 10 years in the Pacific North West. I have found 1 dead mouse and NO signs of any mouse damage whatsoever.

However the plane was filled with wasp nests, including a huge one in one wing. Would the wasps (Yellow Jackets) have stung the mice and kept them out of the plane?

Curious----

Mice have a struggle getting into a tricycle gear. things are just too slippery.

Based on the places I've found mice that involved them climbing up rubber tires, this is an interesting statement.

The use of feet in a lot of furniture that was used to house food was originally implemented to keep mice out. I believe Tom.
