Wanted: Partnership KPAE or KRNT

I'm looking to buy into or form a partnership based either at KPAE or KRNT. Looking for a 172 M/N/P, Cherokee 160/180, Archer, or similar. Reasonably IFR capable required, /G would be a nice bonus.

I would also consider buying outright if the right opportunity was available if anyone of aware of anything in the area available I would love a referral.
