It's got a CS prop. That probably accounts for a few kts

I suppose so if you can afford such things. For us poor folk, an RC plane is more in the affordable range.

Very nice and fills a niche. 'Looks like a competitor for the Flight Design C4, which is back on track for production, with FD picking up new owners in Germany. Both planes are $250k-ish.
